We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible when it comes to refunds. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking your session.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the type of appointment and the notice period provided:

Online & Telephone Appointments

Full refund if cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment.

Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

In-Person Appointments

Full refund if cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment.

Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

2. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be cancelled.
Refunds or rebooking in such cases are at our discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
We aim to process refunds where eligible within 7 business days.
4. Payment Terms

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:

Cancellations made outside the required notice period

Services already delivered

Change of mind after the session has started
