Cancellation Policy
At Clear Pensions, we aim to make booking your pension paperwork support session as simple and flexible as possible. Please read our policy below before confirming your appointment. 1. Booking Options You can book a session online or by contacting us All bookings will be confirmed as soon as you book online and for telephone appointments. For inperson visits, you will receive confirmation after booking Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for online and telephone appointments. You will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in no refund being made Missed appointments without notice may not be eligible for a refund. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and it will be at our discretion whether it is rebooked or refunded. 1.
